Poor Crops
I was just wondering if anyone else was having poor crops this year. I have had dreadful crops for all my Apple, Cherry and Peach trees. I have also heard the same from a few other people in NY.

Re: APPLE PRICES
I was at Wal-Mart the other day and they were charging $2.99lb for junk apples. Seeing as your local and organic you could charge at least twice that, but then again, their your apples so you can really charge whatever you want
Sawfly
For the second year in a row, sawflies have devastated my crop. I have been using just a generic "Bondie" fruit tree spray, but I think I'm ready to go full on nuclear. Any recommendations?

Re: Winter Nelis and King Coffee
As for the Pear you can get it at Maple Valley (below) as for the apple, I have never heard of it. I even checked Nick Botners page and he didn't have it listed so it may be tough to find.

Re: crab apple tree?
Most apple trees are self sterile and will not produce apples unless there is another species of tree near by. That is why adding the new trees caused them to start producing apples. I would guess the crop was small this year because your new trees has a small amount of blossoms. The more you new tr...

Yes, They should continue to produce apples.
Links
I've noticed that a lot of the time on the forums, that same questions get asked. What apple is this? How do I identify that? How far should I space my trees? Where can I get these scions? I think you should offer more accessible links to these questions. Maybe not in the top menu bar, but certainly...

Sales Page
I noticed that your sales page, seams to be located kind of far away from your main page, and seams to be almost its own page, separate from this site. The only way I know of to link to it, is to go to an apple variety and click where to buy. If you want to try and increase sales you may want to put...
Profiles
As I meet people on this page, I dont think that there is a good way to connect with them. I think profiles that contain more information - such as affiliations, orchard, and most importantly tree varieties - would be great. For example, If I look up a tree and someone that lives in my neck of the w...
