a month ago i put a cup-cup.5 of mashed apples into a gallon glass jar with a cup of sugar diluted in water and filled.....today i tasted,then strained and bottled several bottles of mildly smelling alcohol with a bueatyful red color, it is weak and tastes about like a koolaid without enough sugar.....

just mix two or three varieties and you will be happy....

watched the slideshow,,very nice....i have watched most all the videos on youtube nad yours is better than most....i wish i could luck into and old press and grinder like that.......

i haven't caught them yet but see them at a neighbors.......would hide and shoot if had problems with them...
