Black Rot resistant Plums
We have a problem in my area of West Virginia with black rot. There are wild cherry trees that have this and it transfers over to my plum trees. I don't know how to stop it from killing my trees. Is there a plum tree that is resistant to black rot?

Will try thinning and our county extension service suggested 2 pounds phosphorous.

It is a semi-dwarf and yes my other apple trees are blooming as well as my crab apples.

I have a Brabourne apple tree blooming and it always blooms so nice and smells great in the spring but where the heck are the apples?
