I am trying to collect together all the "Merton" and "John Innes" varieties of top and soft fruit for my local resource orchard situated near the original John Innes Institute nurseries in Merton Park, Wimbledon London SW19.
I am currently unable to trace or source the following:
Apple:
Merton Prolific
Chad’s Favourite
M. Pippin
M. Delight
M. Reinette
M. Pearmain
Pear:
Merton Star
Merton Early
M. Bountiful
M. Princess
M. Belle
M. Delicious
M. Royal
Plum
Merton Blue
Merton Gage
Cherry:
Mermat
Merpet
Pat
Merchant
Merla
Inge
Colney
Hertford
Summer Sun
M Favourite
M Heart
M Reward
M Late
M Marvel
M Bounty
If anyone has any of these varieties in the UK, I would appreciate the opportunity to get some graftwood off them next winter.

Re: Desperately Seeking..........
Just to say this sounds like a great project. Don't forget to plant some of the famous Malling-Merton rootstocks as well, MM106 and MM111 are perhaps even more important than the mainstream orchard fruit varieties raised at Merton.
