Sawfly

For the second year in a row, sawflies have devastated my crop. I have been using just a generic "Bondie" fruit tree spray, but I think I'm ready to go full on nuclear. Any recommendations?
I observed cedar rust on several of my apple trees Friday so sprayed with Copper spray. I read the label and it says it is also good as an insecticide. Might give that a try.
I have also heard that Kaolin clay is used to protect trees from a host of bugs but I was unable to find any this year.
