Is this Kidd's orange red or Northern spy or???

Neighbors brought boxes and boxes and boxes of these apples from a single old tree to a cider pressing party. While these are sweet and tart for fresh eating, they made the most fantastic fresh cider I have ever tasted. We are planning to graft several trees this winter, but would really like to know what they are. Can you help, or make some suggestions? Tree is located in W. WA state. Thank you
