Safeway had these, so I got a couple. They appeared yellow and past their prime but they were still crispy and flavorful. A very nice apple.
Time to add them to the site!!

I think it's driven by the growers. This is a 2009 intro, patented variety, of course, exclusively sold by Rainier Fruit Co who discovered it.and likely it won't be significant among we growers for some time.
Save seed and make your own new variety, patent it, don't share it, and make sure your a giant fruit company to get it to market! Then watch it die due to lack of market demand because you're just not big enough, lol.
