Greetings apple lovers!
I have heard that one variety of apple is many times more powerful nutritionally than most of the others. Is this true? I have been stumped in my attempts to find the answer. Please give me internet links to research this. What is the highest nutritional value apple variety? I would sincerely appreciate your knowledgeable remarks on this matter. Thanks!
Nutritional question

Re: Nutritional question
It depends on what nutrient you are interested in I suppose.
Some apples are quite high in sugars some high in acids or tannins, polyphenols, anthocyanins, course cellulosic fiber, pectin, et set era!
You are probably beginning to realize that these are good google search terms when used with the words "malus" and "apple".
Good luck finding the cultivars that meet your needs and please report back to us what you find -- that will be very interesting!

Re: Nutritional question
Hey AppleDude!
I have found one comparative article: http://q.equinox.com/articles/2013/10/apples
If any other apple lovers find any additional articles describing and comparing nutrient values
I'd sure appreciate hearing back.
THANKS!
