Here in the UK, Sparsholt College, Winchester has a collection of Hampshire and Isle of Wight apple trees on their campus…. Chris Bird, one of their senior Horticultural Lecturers is responsible for them.

There are a few cultivars we are currently missing and are now looking for scionwood - Please let me know if anyone has any of these cultivars or know if they exist elsewhere in the UK.

Lady Thorneycroft
Sir Douglas Haig
Arthur Sheen
Lord Kitchener
James Sanders
Matthews Seedling

I expect several date back to WW1!
