Growth on trees

I have 10 Arkansas Black Apple Trees. Eight of these trees are about the same size as far as height. The apples that have started growing on these trees is more on the smaller trees, than that on the two bigger trees. The height of the two bigger trees is about 13ft and the others are anywhere from 7 to 9 feet in height. I put orchard fertilize from Stark Bros on them.
