Rootstock?

What everyone doing for rootstock? I will be new to grafting so I am planing on getting my rootstock going this spring then trying my hand at grafting next year.

M-111 rootstock is what most of my trees now. With the sandy soil down here that can be very wet at times it looks like my best rootstock choice.
