Apple Variety ID Help

Hi All,
I'm new to the forum and hoping someone out there might be able to help me ID and apple I found growing in a park/natural area near my home in north central Washington state. The tree is in an area that was previously orchard (lots of old orchards around here) and appears to be a remnant stump or sucker from a tree that was ripped out years ago. I have some photos but haven't yet figured out how to attach/insert them just yet. Until then, hopefully my description will help.
A few characteristics of the tree:
- small sprawling habit
- seems to tend towards biennial production
- disease resistant (growing well wild without irrigation, pesticide, etc.)
A few characteristics of the fruit:
- Red/green skin with striations, fairly distinct spots on skin, somewhat prone to russeting (apples in box on far left in picture)
- Medium sized fruit, ~2.5-3.5 inches in diameter
- Firm, bright white flesh
- Juice (use it as part of a hard cider blend) is very light yellow/white
- Flesh and pulp is very slow to brown/oxidize
- Flavor is sweet and moderately tart, with a just a hint of something else - kind of bitter spice almost
