In the tree registry a person from Escalon CA registered an Arkansas Beauty tree with a very well documented paper trail. The original tree was his maternal grandparents Mary and John Simpson, who won a gold medal with it in 1910.
I have scions from the Arkansas Beauty tree David Benscoter found in Washington St, but would like to add this tree as well.
Does anyone know of this tree now?

Amazingly Sid's grandson contacted me after seeing a post I made searching for this tree on Growing Fruit forum. Sid passed away a few years ago, but his grandson sent scions from his tree.
