Inventory/Harvest Management

Scott Farm Orchard, in Southern Vermont, grows over 130 varieties of apples. Keeping track of inventory and sales can get complex. Does anybody have recommendations and advice on how to manage harvest smoothly and efficiently. Apps? Softwares?
