Morello Cherry in part shade?

Some random website listed the Morello cherry as a possible candidate for a partly shaded garden. My sunny garden space has all the trees it can hold and now I am working on filling the shaded area. I would dearly love to have a sour cherry and if it would live and produce, even sparsely, in the half shade, I would try it.

Does anyone have experience, or knowledge, on this subject?
